FACULTY & STAFF
My name is Ellie Reich, and I am the Program Director for Music Art & Movement. I am a mother, educator, and lifelong learner with a deep passion for integrated, experiential education. Over the past several years, I have curated a rich liberal arts experience for my children and their peers—rooted in literature, process art, and play-based learning. This approach did not evolve by chance, but was shaped by a lifetime of meaningful experiences in the arts and sciences.
Hello! My name is Sage, I’m the co-teacher for our Music Immersion classes. I am currently a student at UCM, studying Music Education. I’ve been involved with music for as long as I can remember– I first joined choir at age 8, and orchestra at 10. My primary instrument is the viola, with almost 10 years under my belt! I currently play with UCM’s University Symphony Orchestra. I have also been a part of multiple concerts with the Sedalia Symphony Orchestra. I started working with MA&M early Fall 2025.
My name is Mitohi, also known as Mito (pronounced mee-toe). I was born and raised in Saitama (right next to Tokyo), Japan, and moved to the United States in 2015.
Creativity has been at the center of my life for as long as I can remember. I wrote my first original story at the age of five, and throughout elementary school, I was constantly writing, drawing, and reading. My creative foundation was shaped early on in Japan, where my school education emphasized not only academic basics but also rich creative experiences that nurtured imagination and self-expression.
Hi, my name is Ainsley! I am a classroom assistant with Music, Art & Movement. I love working with children and am so excited to help your children grow as artists. I am gentle yet encouraging, and it is important to me that every child feels comfortable, confident, so that they can be excited to learn.
